He served as Editor-in-Chief at Playtech.ro, Managing Editor at start-up.ro, and Content Strategy Manager at InternetCorp, coordinating the editorial direction for publications like wall-street.ro, 9am.ro, kudika.ro, and retail.ro. He has also written about technology and startups for Adevărul and România Liberă.
Before aimup.agency, he led the Video SEO vertical at Upswing, building organic growth strategies on YouTube for local and international brands. Today, his expertise covers the entire SEO content marketing chain: from topic cluster architecture and Video SEO, to optimization for AI Overviews and generative engines (GEO/AIO).

Verginia Acălugăriței is the Operations Lead and co-founder of aimup.agency, with solid experience in project management and large-scale content team coordination. Previously, she led the Descriptions department at Upswing, where she structured production workflows for thousands of content pieces delivered monthly to eCommerce and B2B brands.
At aimup.agency, she guarantees the quality of deliverables and the integrity of the operational flow — from documentation and briefing, to final QA and publication. She ensures that each article meets both the client's editorial standards and the strict technical requirements for ranking in Google and visibility in AI Overviews.
